Five Year Reunion - October 7, 2006

Our Five Year Class Reunion was held Saturday, October 7, 2006 to coincide with Chariton's Homecoming. Just as in old times, CHS had an assembly and parade Friday afternoon, to build excitement for the big game. To see the flyer from the assembly, click HERE.

Chariton's Varsity Football team played the A-D-M Tigers with a 7:30 kickoff Friday at Reynolds Field. It was a great game; A-D-M had a lot of speed, but the Chargers walked away with a 21-13 win.

Although the reunion was very quickly thrown together with no official promotion, a quick count reveals that we had 18 people from our graduating class of 83 (22%), with at least 1 additional person who was in our class but moved before graduation, and several guests. In addition to those who came to the dinner, at least 7 other 2001 grads were represented at the other events of the weekend. The whole thing was a very low-key affair, and after socializing over dinner at Raleigh World, we retired to the Office.
